We’ve all felt the pressure to prove ourselves. For Alondra Anderson, perfectionism became a relentless chase, until she was forced to question everything. When health issues ended her dream of dance, Anderson thought she had lost herself. Perfectionism told her she was never enough. As a licensed clinical professional counselor and recovering perfectionist, she shares how chasing perfection blinded her to her worth. Losing her dream of dance opened her eyes to a deeper truth which she now shares with others: our worth is not earned; it has always been within us. With warmth and honesty, Anderson shares her journey from perfectionist to counselor. Through heartfelt stories and practical insights, you’ll leave with ways to recognize your inherent worth, even when perfectionism screams otherwise.
